Summary of the Role

We are seeking an experienced Internal Recruiter to take ownership of our firm’s established recruiting program. Over the past two years, we have built the foundation for a successful recruiting function; this role is now responsible for running, maintaining, and continuously improving that program day to day. In addition to full-cycle recruiting, this position plays a lead role in campus recruiting, new-hire onboarding initiatives, and firm events. We anticipate the duties of this role to be less than full-time, however, are willing to reallocate other firm administration duties if full-time is desired.

Key Responsibilities

Own and continuously refine the firm’s established full-cycle recruiting program, ensuring processes, tools, and best practices stay effective and up to date

Source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and internal referrals

Lead the firm’s campus recruiting strategy, including building and maintaining relationships with target colleges, universities, and student organizations

Represent the firm at career fairs and coordinate the firm’s presence at university recruiting events

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide guidance throughout the recruitment process

Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates

Conduct phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications

Negotiate job offers with candidates and manage the hiring process

Lead onboarding initiatives for new hires, ensuring a consistent and engaging start to their experience with the firm

Maintain and update candidate records and job postings in the applicant tracking system

Track recruiting and campus program metrics, and report on results and trends to firm leadership

Stay informed about industry trends and recruitment best practices

Additional operational tasks to support the firm as needed
