Supporting Property & Casualty clients, the full-time remote Account Manager will manage account servicing processes, deliver proactive client service, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency. Key responsibilities Deliver proactive service and manage key account servicing processes including renewals and policy changes Collaborate with producers, account executives, and internal service partners to ensure seamless execution and client retention Identify opportunities for service delivery improvement and support new business activities and cross-selling efforts Required qualifications Experience in Property & Casualty account management, client service, or insurance support roles Experience in client service, consulting, or insurance operations Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment Strong communication and relationship management skills
