Our next Business Systems Analyst will serve as the primary liaison between business and technology teams, translating business needs into scalable system solutions. Analyzes processes, gathers and documents requirements, and collaborates with business users, technical teams, vendors, and senior leadership to implement enhancements, improve operational efficiency, support data-driven decision-making, and ensure successful technology adoption.

Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 Annually
As a Business System Analyst , you would be responsible for:
Partnering with management to understand operational needs, identify process improvement opportunities, and recommend technology solutions
Gather, document, analyze, and validate business, functional, and technical requirements
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, KPIs, and data visualizations to support business decision-making
Create and maintain process flows, user stories, business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and system documentation
Act as a liaison between business users, developers, vendors, and technical teams throughout the solution lifecycle
Support enterprise application implementations, upgrades, integrations, and enhancements
Collaborate with technical teams on data integrations, system interfaces, workflow automation, and reporting solutions
Coordinate and support user acceptance testing (UAT), defect tracking, and validation of system changes
Assist with release planning, deployment activities, and post-implementation support
Analyze business processes and recommend improvements that increase efficiency, accuracy, and scalability
Implement and manage row-level security (RLS), object-level security (OLS), workspace roles, app audiences, and dataset/report permissions in alignment with governance standards
Support data governance, data quality initiatives, and process standardization efforts
Facilitate meetings, requirements workshops, and discussions to drive project outcomes.
Provide end-user training, documentation, and support as needed.
Monitor system performance and collaborate with support teams to resolve issues and improve user experience
