Job Description:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with the full recruitment lifecycle, including scheduling interviews, tracking offers, and providing onboarding support.
- Contribute to hiring initiatives for new contracts and proposals.
- Prepare updates and reports for recruiting and business unit meetings.
- Learn and utilize various recruiting systems and tools, while assisting in training new team members.
- Support compliance efforts in line with OFCCP, EEO, and other federal regulations.
- Ensure candidates have a positive experience throughout the hiring journey.
- Help coordinate recruitment projects and events, such as job fairs and community outreach programs.
- Collaborate with staffing agencies and managed service providers to meet hiring needs.
Role Overview:
The Associate Technical Recruiter plays a crucial role in building and maintaining strong talent pipelines for critical technical positions. You will engage passive candidates, conduct preliminary screenings, and work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to align sourcing strategies with workforce demands. Utilizing advanced sourcing techniques, you will maintain accurate records in ATS/CRM systems, ensure compliance with regulations, and strive to improve sourcing processes for optimal hiring outcomes.
Minimum Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university, pursuing a degree in a relevant field.
- Must have completed at least two years of coursework.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficient in standard computer applications, including Outlook, MS Office Suite, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Exceptional interpersonal communication, teamwork, and customer service skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with high attention to detail.
Program Duration: 1 month (5 weeks)
Week 1: Introduction to Maximus and Sourcing COE Operations.
Week 2: Multi-Channel Sourcing Fundamentals.
Week 3: Advanced Sourcing and Talent Intelligence.
Week 4: Outreach, Engagement, and Screening.
Week 5: End-to-End Ownership and Reporting.
