Veterinary Technician Internal Medicine

VCA Orange County Veterinary Specialists is seeking Veterinary Technicians for our Internal Medicine Department. Our hospital is a great place to learn and further your career. Our team enjoys working together and we have a positive, professional and upbeat working environment.

Technicians asses new arriving appointments, assist with paperwork, initiate treatments, set up and perform internal medicine procedures, converse with clients on the phone, complete discharges in detail with medications and review discharge instructions.

4 ten hour shifts with at least one weekend day would be required. Training is for 6 weeks at different times and days before going into an official schedule.

Compensation is negotiable based on education, experience, and other relevant credentials. The pay range for this position is $22 to $28 per hour.
