The Independent Contractor Salesperson will solicit new business and provide services for maximizing profitable relationships with insureds/prospective insureds. Experienced applicants will be able to take advantage of our increasing tiered commission structure that grows throughout the year as your book of business grows. Compensation

Salary Range: $36,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Requirements

• Active insurance license with some sales experience (insurance or other industries)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer software
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and independently
• Team player with a self-starter mindset and goal-oriented attitude
• Strong professional phone and office etiquette

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Conduct follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and address needs
• Close sales and meet or exceed sales targets
• Generate referrals and network to expand client base
