About the Role

Class A CDL truck drivers with hazmat and tanker endorsements run dedicated cryogenic accounts. The position offers a daily salary, great home time, and comprehensive benefits. Training for cryogenic operations is provided for those who do not have experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate dedicated regional or local cryogenic accounts, covering all 48 states.
• Run daily scheduled routes; must be willing to travel between 21 days on the road and a maximum of 7 days at home.
• Attend mandatory shadow training; handle the truck during training and receive a $125/day pay plus a $1,000 bonus.
• Fly home during scheduled breaks (within 200 miles, drive yourself home). Company reimburses flight for home and return.

Compensation

• First‑year pay ranges from $85,000 to $106,000, starting at $300.30/day with a $3/day increase every six months up to $324/day.
• Eligible for an additional $100/day if trained new hires in cryogenics.
• Daily training pay of $125/day plus a $1,000 bonus upon completion.
• Benefits commence after 60 days; include one week vacation in the first year, comprehensive medical coverage, and 401(k) matching.

Requirements

• Class A CDL with hazmat and tanker endorsements.
• At least one year of OTR or regional driving in the past three years.
• Relatively clean MVR; no more than five Class A CDL driving jobs in the last five years.
• Clean criminal record: no felonies. Must pass a DOT drug test (SAP compliance required).
• Willingly fly home during breaks.
