Main Responsibilities of a Cashier/Cook:

• Greeting customers, taking orders, ringing in orders in the register
• Preparing workstations, cooking ingredients, and kitchen equipment for cooking.
• Cooking and arranging food.

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining a sanitized and well-organized work area
• Preparing workstations for cooking.
• Preparing and maintaining kitchen equipment.
• Checking the quality of the ingredients.
• Preparing cooking ingredients using various techniques.
• Cooking food using various culinary techniques.
• Arranging food and ensuring appealing presentation.
• Managing food storage, stock, and ingredient orders.

Requirements:

• Early morning hours, no late nights
• Prior experience as a cook.
• Skilled in operating kitchen equipment and various cooking techniques.
• Knowledge and adherence to sanitation procedures.
• Teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and act quickly.
• High school diploma required; culinary school diploma is a plus.
