Full-Time | $20.00–$25.00 per Hour (Based on Experience)

Little Rock Landscape is looking for a dependable, self-motivated Equipment Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position is shared between two companies and is responsible for maintaining landscape equipment, fleet vehicles, facilities, and company grounds.

What You'll Do
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on:
- Commercial lawn mowers
- Chainsaws
- String trimmers (weed eaters)
- Edgers
- Other landscape equipment
- Change oil, filters, belts, blades, and perform routine service
- Assist with maintenance and repairs on company fleet trucks
- Maintain company buildings, shop, and grounds
- Keep the shop clean, organized, and safe
- Order and pick up parts and supplies
- Troubleshoot equipment problems and coordinate outside repairs when necessary
- Help ensure all equipment is safe, reliable, and ready for daily operations
- Follow company safety policies and procedures
What We're Looking For
- Experience with small engine repair is preferred, but we're willing to train the right mechanically inclined individual.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Able to work independently and manage time effectively
- Dependable with excellent attendance
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record preferred
Physical Requirements
- Lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
- Frequently stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb
Schedule
- Full-time
- Monday–Friday
- Occasional overtime as needed
Pay & Benefits
- $20.00–$25.00 per hour, depending on experience
