The University of Redlands is in search of an Inclusion and Community Coordinator. Reporting to the Dean of Students and Belonging, the Coordinator will lead the Office of Inclusion and Community (OIC) to advance a community culture of belonging, and education. The Coordinator will assist and support campuswide initiatives and programs in serving and preparing the University’s first generation, high need, and underrepresented student populations. In collaboration with campus partners, the Coordinator will play
