Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
Assist students, parents, and educators with questions about our programs, services, and platform.
Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues related to the e-learning platform.
Guide new users through the registration and onboarding process.
Document customer interactions, issues, and feedback accurately.
Escalate complex inquiries to the appropriate team when necessary.
