Personal Care Aides (PCAs) and Home Health Aides (HHAs)

Attentive Care is a licensed home health care agency providing compassionate in-home support for individuals who want to remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home. As a PCA or HHA with Attentive Care, you will play an important role in helping clients maintain dignity, comfort, and quality of life in their own homes. This role is centered on building trust, supporting everyday routines, and providing thoughtful, person-centered care that helps clients and their families feel supported during every visit.

Responsibilities

Provide personal care assistance with daily living activities and hygiene needs.

Support clients with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and household tasks.

Offer companionship and emotional support during in-home care visits.

Assist with errands and transportation-related tasks when needed.

Maintain reliable, compassionate one-on-one care in clients' homes.
