Janitor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitor to maintain cleanliness and sanitation within a medical manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will ensure production areas, offices, restrooms, break rooms, and common spaces remain clean and compliant with safety and cleanliness standards. Experience working in a manufacturing or regulated environment is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize offices, production floors, restrooms, break rooms, and common areas
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and remove trash throughout the facility
• Follow cleaning procedures for medical manufacturing and controlled environments
• Restock cleaning supplies, soap, paper towels, and restroom products
• Clean windows, floors, walls, and high-touch surfaces regularly
• Maintain compliance with safety, GMP, and sanitation standards
• Safely handle cleaning chemicals and equipment
• Support warehouse or production cleanup as needed

Requirements:

• Previous janitorial or custodial experience preferred, ideally in manufacturing or medical environments
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30–50 lbs throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Ability to follow safety procedures and cleaning protocols
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Must be dependable and maintain attendance

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, or cleanroom environments

Pay: $18.00 per hour
