Order Entry Representative

The Sales Technician I role is responsible for reviewing, processing, and coordinating customer orders and change orders to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely execution. This position serves as a key link between Sales, Engineering, Purchasing, Credit, Manufacturing, and Drafting, ensuring customer requirements are accurately translated into the order fulfillment process.

Success in this role is measured by order accuracy, responsiveness, effective cross-functional communication, and the ability to proactively identify and resolve issues before they impact production or customer satisfaction.
