Job Title - Pharmacy Delivery Driver

Department - Pharmacy

Reports to - Pharmacy Manager

About Position: Under the general supervision of the Pharmacy Manager, the Pharmacy Delivery Driver orchestrates and/or executes medication delivery to patients at their residence from the Moncure and Siler City Community Health Center Pharmacies.

  • Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
  • Travel Required: Yes

Job Duties

  • Provides daily transportation of medications from the pharmacy to patient homes.
  • Collects patient payments when needed.
  • Works with Pharmacy Leadership to develop delivery routes that will allow maximum efficiency.

Qualifications

Education/Experience: High school degree or equivalent. At least some experience in transportation to include developing routes that are efficient to the operation.

Licensure, Registry or Certification Required: Valid NC Driver’s License and an acceptable three-year motor vehicle record as defined by the Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) Chart.

Immunizations: Be medically cleared for communicable diseases and have all immunizations up-to-date prior to beginning employment.

Pay Range: $15.15/Hourly - $20.36/Hourly (commensurate with years of experience)
