Call Center Representative

A Call Center Representative will be responsible for answering all incoming calls for Georgia Bone and Joint and will either respond directly to the inquiry or will direct the call accordingly.  The position schedules appointments for providers as well as obtaining necessary information from the patient in regards to insurance, required personal information, obtain any necessary prior medical records, and/or obtain referral for the appointment.
