Porter/Groundskeeper

Madden Industrial Craftsmen has an IMMEDIATE NEED for a Porter/Groundskeepers/Maintenance Technician(s) to join our maintenance team at a prominent property management organization. Monday - Friday 8am-5pm.

Duties

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facility grounds, spas and pools.
• Conduct residential painting and general cleaning tasks as needed
• Landscaping work: mow, edge, trim, rake leaves, shovel snow, etc.
• Assist with facilities management including cleaning, organizing, and ensuring operational safety
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing facility-related concerns promptly

Requirements

• Proven experience in facilities maintenance and grounds keeping
• Ability to perform pressure washing, and painting tasks when required
• Strong communication skills in English for effective teamwork and reporting
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Prior customer service experience is beneficial for addressing internal or external client needs

$17-18/hour
