Beautiful, thoughtfully designed clinics in prime locations

Quarterly bonus + equity not typical in clinical roles

Opportunity to build and shape a new model for women’s healthcare

What You’ll Do

Clinical Leadership Care (95%)

Lead by Example: Provide high-quality, evidence-based patient care, setting the clinical standard for your team and acting as a model for Tia’s care philosophy.

Master Clinical Quality: Own clinical outcomes and documentation consistency within your clinic, ensuring your team delivers care that is both high-touch and high-quality.

Manage Complexity: Act as the clinical point person for complex patient cases or team issues, utilizing sound judgment and professionalism to resolve challenges in real-time.

Clinic Operations Development (5%)

Drive Team Performance: Partner closely with operations to lead and develop a high-performing provider team, driving engagement, accountability, and a shared commitment to excellence.

Optimize the Experience: Collaborate on operational workflows to ensure a seamless, "stronger-together" experience for both patients and the clinical staff.

Continuous Improvement: Use data-driven insights and patient feedback to identify clinical gaps and implement improvements that elevate the standard of care.

Leadership Accountability: 1+ years leading clinicians (direct or indirect); proven ability to coach teams, hold staff accountable, and perform peer reviews.

Operational Mindset: Data-driven and adaptable; comfortable collaborating with Operations to balance clinical quality with workflow efficiency.

Training Development
