Role Description The Property Management Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Boston, MA. This position supports daily property operations, including handling owner and tenant inquiries, coordinating maintenance requests, and assisting with move-ins and move-outs. The role involves maintaining accurate records, preparing and updating lease documents, managing correspondence, and supporting condo fee collection and billing processes. The Property Management Assistant will collaborate with property managers, vendors, and tenants to ensure a positive experience and smooth building operations. Responsibilities also include organizing files, scheduling appointments, and contributing to process improvements and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with tenants, property owners, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Experience or knowledge in Property Management and Lease Administration to support day-to-day building operations and lease-related tasks.
  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance, including organizing records, managing schedules, and handling office correspondence.
  • Comfort using property management software, office productivity tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets), and digital filing systems.
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work on-site in Boston, MA, with a collaborative, professional, and service-oriented approach.
  • Prior experience in real estate, property management, or a related field is beneficial. Willing to teach a recent college grad
  • College degree or equivalent required; additional education in business, real estate, or a related discipline is a plus.
