Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily landscape maintenance activities across multiple client accounts, including lawn care, pruning, edging, fertilization, and seasonal planting.
• Supervise and motivate a team of technicians and crew members to ensure high-quality work and adherence to safety standards.
• Coordinate with clients to understand their needs, provide updates on project progress, and recommend landscape improvements or maintenance plans.
• Oversee irrigation system installation, repair, and maintenance to ensure optimal water efficiency and landscape health.
• Conduct site inspections regularly to assess landscape conditions, identify issues such as pest infestations or disease, and implement effective solutions.
• Collaborate with construction teams on landscape enhancements or new installations, ensuring seamless integration with ongoing maintenance efforts.
• Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and client communications to ensure transparency and accountability.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, or horticulture with a strong understanding of lawn care, tree care, gardening, and general plant health.
• Supervising experience leading teams in outdoor settings is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of irrigation systems, construction practices related to landscaping projects, and pest management techniques.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams toward achieving operational excellence.
• Excellent communication skills for client interactions and team coordination.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy equipment or materials and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Clean driving record.
• Certifications in horticulture or landscape management are a plus but not required. Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
