About the Role Our client, a prominent organization headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia , is actively seeking a seasoned Lead Financial Analyst to spearhead their financial planning and analysis (FP&A) functions. Key Responsibilities Lead the development and execution of annual budgets, periodic forecasts, and long-range strategic plans. Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and profitability analysis. Develop financial models to support business case development, investment appraisals, and strategic initiatives. Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and strategic recommendations. Identify opportunities for cost savings, revenue enhancement, and operational efficiency improvements. Provide financial guidance and support to various business units and departments. Mentor and guide junior analysts, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous learning. Stay abreast of industry trends and economic conditions that may impact the company's financial performance. Requirements Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. A CFA or CPA designation is a significant advantage. Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or corporate finance. Proven track record of developing sophisticated financial models and performing complex quantitative analysis. Expertise in financial reporting tools and ERP systems (e.g., Oracle Hyperion, SAP BPC, Tableau). Strong understanding of corporate finance principles and valuation methodologies. Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
