About the Role
We are growing, and growth starts with sales.
Today, the owner still leads the sales function. We are looking for the person who will take that seat, build the team around it, and own the sales number moving forward.
This is a player-coach role. You will close your own business while leading and developing the rest of the sales team.
If you are a proven closer who has successfully coached others and want to build something meaningful inside a company with an outstanding reputation, this is the opportunity.
What You'll Own
- Carry your own sales quota and personal book of business.
- Lead by example by actively selling alongside the team.
- Recruit, hire, onboard, train, and coach sales professionals.
- Conduct ride-alongs and provide regular coaching and accountability.
- Own the sales pipeline and forecast.
- Know where every opportunity stands and what is needed to hit weekly, monthly, and annual goals.
- Standardize and improve the sales process from first contact through signed contract.
- Partner closely with operations and production to ensure projects are sold correctly and customers receive the experience we promise.
- Report directly to the owner and serve as the leader of the sales function.
What We're Looking For
- Proven success carrying and exceeding a sales quota.
- Experience leading, coaching, or managing a sales team.
- Sales experience in roofing, construction, home services, or another consultative B2B industry.
- Strong CRM proficiency and the ability to manage through pipeline, forecasting, and performance metrics.

Compensation
We believe leaders should be rewarded for both what they accomplish personally and what they help others achieve.
Compensation includes:
- $120,000 annual base salary
- Performance-based commission on your personal sales
- Leadership incentive tied to the success and performance of the sales team
- Uncapped earning potential
