Position: Fractional Bookkeeper
Reports To: Operations Manager
Key Responsibilities:
1.
Financial Record Keeping:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts payable and accounts receivable financial records.
- Ensure proper documentation of all transactions and receipts.
2.
Month-End:
- Prepare monthly financial consolidated invoicing.
3.
Ad-hoc Tasks:
- Handle any other financial tasks as required, such as creating customized reports, assisting in financial audits, or streamlining financial processes.
Skills and Qualifications:
- One to two years experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar financial role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles.
- Experience with QuickBooks is required.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work remotely or independently.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A degree in accounting, finance, or related field is preferred but not required.
Work Environment:
- Flexible hours and remote work options.
- Part-time basis.
