Location: United States (remote)

Work Model: Fully remote

Industry: AI conversation intelligence (B2B SaaS)

Compensation: $120K-$180K base (up to $200K for exceptional candidates)

About the Company

Our partner is a fast-scaling B2B SaaS company building AI-powered conversation intelligence for revenue teams. They recently raised a $30M round and are growing 10-50% month over month, best in class for B2B SaaS, with strong runway. The team is around 40 people, with a small internal growth team that this role can lean on for execution support.

The Opportunity

This is a hands-on product marketing role focused on owning the distribution and storytelling behind every product launch. You will act as the product manager for the go-to-market side of new features and releases, partnering closely with the product team to understand what is shipping and when, then building and executing the plans to get loud about it.

The role blends strategic, long-lead launch campaigns with fast tactical updates. One week you might be orchestrating a major launch with influencers, creative, and a hype campaign, and the next you might be shipping a customer newsletter or building sales enablement. You will report directly to a senior leader for the first 6-12 months, with a clear path to grow into a head of growth marketing role and build your own team.

Work cross-functionally with product to align on launch timelines and narratives

Plan and execute marketing moments across channels, including social, creative assets, influencer partnerships, and launch campaigns

Build and manage sales enablement materials, including battle cards

Own the customer newsletter and ongoing product update communications

Requirements

A few years of product marketing experience at a strong startup, or a marketing generalist background at an early-stage company

Hands-on and scrappy, with a bias toward execution over pure strategy

Strong storytelling skills and the ability to translate product into compelling narratives

Comfortable working cross-functionally with product, sales, and growth

Bonus: experience demonstrating clear, individual hands-on impact at a high-growth company
