Commercial Sales Representative

VIP Staffing is immediately hiring a Commercial Sales Rep for a leading organization in Albuquerque

This is a Full Time Direct Hire Opportunity with a schedule of Monday- Friday 7am-4pm

Base pay for this position is $50,000- $70,000 DOE

As a Commercial Sales Representative you will:

• Identify and pursue commercial fencing opportunities
• Build relationships with governmental and municipal agencies, contractors, developer's, and property managers
• Prepare and present proposals and bids
• Complete accurate cost estimates, material takeoffs and negotiate pricing
• Maintain a sales pipeline in JobNimubs or similar CRM
• Track bid status and financial outcomes
• meet or exceed annual revenue and margin targets

Commercial Sales representative candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• 3+ years of commercial estimating experience, preferably with sales responsibility
• Ability to read project plans, perform takeoffs, and estimate pricing
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in MS office and CRM/estimating tools
• valid drivers license and ability to trave to job sites

Compensation:

• $80,000-$150,000 annual earning potential
• Tiered commission up to $100,000+ for high performers
• Quarterly bonuses up to $10,000 annually
• Annual performance bonus of $10,000
