We are seeking a dedicated and organized Clinical Coordinator to join our team at a pediatric therapy practice. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth clinical operations, maintaining high standards of patient care, and providing vital support to our therapists and administrative staff. The ideal candidate will have experience in a clinical setting, exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for working with children and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clinical Operations Management
  • Oversee daily clinical operations, ensuring a seamless workflow for therapists and staff.
  • Maintain compliance with all state and federal healthcare regulations and practice standards.
  • Patient Care Coordination
  • Act as a point of contact for families regarding treatment plans, progress updates, and scheduling needs.
  • Answer phone calls, text messages, emails, and faxes in a timely manner
  • Support families with insurance authorizations, referrals, and other administrative tasks related to clinical care.
  • Therapist Support
  • Serve as a liaison between the therapy team and administrative staff to ensure effective communication.
  • Monitor therapists’ schedules to optimize caseloads and address gaps or conflicts.
  • Quality Assurance
  • Monitor clinical documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with practice policies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, therapy, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare or therapy setting, with pediatric experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and scheduling software.
  • Strong knowledge of therapy-related billing and insurance processes.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
  • Compassionate, patient-centered approach to healthcare.
  • Spanish Speaking (not a must)

Work Schedule:

  • Full-time position, Monday through Thursday (8 AM-6PM) and Friday (9 AM- 1 PM).
