Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Utilizing your expertise to accurately diagnose and repair vehicles.
- Gaining hands-on experience with a diverse range of domestic and foreign vehicles.
- Conducting thorough and honest courtesy vehicle inspections.
- Collaborating with your team to address guest concerns efficiently.
- Upholding high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization in your workspace.
- Communicating effectively with the service department regarding any issues.
- Working alongside fellow technicians to collaboratively solve problems and achieve excellent results.
Qualifications:
- Master Certified L1 or actively pursuing L1 certification.
- A valid and CLEAN driving record.
- Strong diagnostic and drivability skills.
- Proficient electrical experience across all makes and models.
- 15+ years of professional experience as an automotive technician.
- Enthusiastic about mentoring and training fellow team members.
- Positive attitude with a strong commitment to customer service.
- Ability to diagnose and repair vehicles of all ages, makes, and models.
- Consistently meet or exceed productivity goals.
- Eager to learn new OEM scan tool systems.
- Exhibit a professional appearance and strong communication skills.
- A desire for long-term career growth and development.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or move over 30 pounds.
- Capable of working with tools on vehicles positioned above head.
- Able to navigate tight spaces for vehicle repairs.
- Dexterous enough to efficiently use hand tools.
- Prepared to walk or stand for the majority of the workday.
- Must be able to drive manual transmission vehicles.
- Comfortable using computer systems for diagnostics and reporting.
