Position Summary

As a Plumbing Service Technician, you'll diagnose plumbing problems, provide

homeowners with professional solutions, and complete high-quality repairs and

installations. Our technicians are trusted advisors who educate customers, deliver

outstanding service, and represent the Crowns Plumbing brand with professionalism.

You'll perform residential plumbing service, maintenance, repairs, replacements, and

installations while ensuring every customer receives a five-star experience.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose residential plumbing issues quickly and accurately
• Repair leaks, clogged drains, water lines, sewer systems, fixtures, water

heaters, and plumbing equipment

• Install plumbing fixtures, piping, water heaters, filtration systems, and other

plumbing components

• Perform drain cleaning, sewer repairs, gas line work, repipes, and tankless

water heater service as needed

• Explain findings and repair options clearly and professionally to homeowners
• Complete digital estimates, invoices, and service reports accurately
• Collect customer payments upon completion of work
• Test all repairs and installations to ensure safe and proper operation
• Maintain truck inventory, tools, and equipment
• Follow all local plumbing codes, company standards, and safety procedures
• Keep work areas clean and leave every home better than you found it
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finisQualifications
• Valid California Driver's License with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening
• 3+ years of residential plumbing service experience preferred
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
• Experience with residential plumbing service and repair
• Experience with drain cleaning, water heaters, tankless systems, gas piping,

and repipes is highly preferred

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable presenting repair options and recommendations to homeowners
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment equipment, career advancement opportunities, and a supportive culture where hard

Our technicians enjoy a consistent Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to

6:00 PM, allowing you to spend your weekends with family and friends while building a
