The role also includes supporting MES integrations (such as Solumina), enhancing SAP modules, and mentoring junior team members. The ideal candidate brings deep PP/QM expertise, manufacturing execution experience, and strong understanding of made‑to‑order production scenarios.

Key responsibilities:

Develop and deliver Production Planning demos, clearly articulating business benefits

Lead requirement‑gathering sessions and design functional solutions aligned to business processes

Support integration across PP–QM, PP–EWM, and PP with external manufacturing partners

Develop test strategies and lead complex testing efforts for PP integrated with QM

Manage a functional team and provide mentoring and training to junior consultants

Support manufacturing execution processes, including planning for made‑to‑order materials

Here’s what you need:

4+ years of hands‑on experience configuring SAP PP and QM in S/4HANA environments

Strong understanding of manufacturing and quality processes, cross‑functional integration, and execution scenarios

Strong analytical, communication, and client‑facing skills

Nice to have:

Experience implementing a Greenfield S/4HANA solution using core Production Planning (not IBP or APO)

Experience integrating Quality Management from a third‑party system with SAP PP

Strong preference for candidates with manufacturing execution experience using SAP PP

Experience working with demand sources such as Project Systems, Sales Orders, and Planned Independent Requirements
