We are seeking dependable and hardworking Skilled Construction Laborers to join our growing team. This position is ideal for candidates with commercial or residential construction experience who are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and assisting multiple trades on active job sites.
The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, takes pride in their work, and is ready to jump in wherever needed to help keep projects moving forward.
Responsibilities
Assist carpenters, concrete crews, and other skilled trades as needed
Load, unload, and transport construction materials
Perform demolition, site cleanup, and debris removal
Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
Dig trenches, backfill, and perform general site preparation
Assemble and dismantle temporary structures, barricades, and fencing
Follow OSHA safety standards and company policies
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Perform other duties as assigned by the superintendent or foreman
