Non-CDL Truck Driver

**This is a seasonal (May through September) full-time position with plenty of overtime availability.**

Hired candidates in this position will perform short and long distance driving, loading and unloading vehicles to/from trailer, and other duties as assigned for car rental operations. Hired candidates must be able to perform well in a team environment and complete assigned tasks independently.

Responsibilities

• Safely load, secure and unload vehicles on trailer for transportation.
• Safely drive non-CDL truck/trailer combination vehicle between different cities.
• Clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interior according to higher car rental industry standards.
• Wash, clean and dry the vehicle's exterior for cars of different sizes as needed.
• Check fluid levels and add as needed; check tire condition; inspect vehicle exterior for damage
• Drive and stage vehicles
• Assist customers when needed. May need to transport customers to and from the hotels and/or airport.
• Help maintain overall site appearance including general cleaning of interior and exteriors of work locations and vehicles.
• Report any maintenance or safety issues observed during job duty to the manager promptly.
• Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality.
• Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 25 years old
• Must have a valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Must have DOT medical card or be able to obtain immediately upon hire
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company now or in the future
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision.
• Physical stamina and ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods of time.
• Prior work experience in a similar industry (car hauling) is preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: $1,485.00 - $1,700.00 per week
