Join our diverse TTEC Remote CX team! Currently, we're not hiring from specific geographies, but we welcome applications from various states within the United States.

What You'll be Doing

In this role, you'll leverage your knowledge and compassion to assist clients effectively. Your aim will be to provide them with peace of mind regarding their healthcare choices. You'll be the reason that their experience is exceptional rather than just average.

As a Licensed Healthcare Insurance Agent, on a typical day, you'll:

  • Assist individuals in understanding their coverages and help them select the best products and services to meet their health and financial needs.
  • Provide full lifecycle customer service and sales, managing both incoming inquiries and making follow-up calls.
  • Respond to customer inquiries with empathy and active listening, efficiently selecting the best solutions.
  • Identify additional customer needs and help them upgrade their products or services.
  • Complete the sale or renewal of health plans that align with customer requirements, focusing on achieving sales conversions.

What You Bring to the Role

  • Current health insurance license in your state of residence.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 25 mbps download and 10 mbps upload).
  • At least six (6) months of sales experience.
  • Integrity to adhere to HIPAA guidelines on maintaining patient privacy.
  • Strong customer service skills, demonstrating empathy, compassion, and excellent listening abilities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficient computer navigation skills, as this role is completely remote.

  • This full-time role offers a guaranteed hourly wage of $24/hour, along with performance-based bonuses that can increase earnings up to $28/hour.
