• The Role

We're seeking compassionate, reliable Caregivers with a passion for making a difference. As a Caregiver, you're the face of our business — providing hands-on assistance, companionship, and dignity to clients who need help with daily life.

• What You'll Do
• ? Assist clients with activities of daily living — personal hygiene, grooming, dressing, and mobility
• ? Provide companionship and genuine emotional support
• ? Help with light housekeeping — meal prep, laundry, and tidying up
• ? Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and social outings
• ? Monitor and report changes in a client's health or behavior
• ? Help maintain a safe, comfortable home environment
• ? Follow each client's care plan and document visits accurately
• What You Bring
• A compassionate, empathetic attitude — reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to follow care plans and instructions
• Physical ability to assist with mobility and light household tasks
• TB test within the last 6 months Current TB screening (within the last 6 months), or willingness to obtain one before your first assignment
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (when required), Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance if driving clients or traveling between assignments is required.
• Ability to pass a background check (we use Guardian) and drug screening Ability to successfully complete all pre-employment screening requirements, including a background check and drug screening, as permitted by applicable law
• Commitment to client confidentiality, HIPAA, and our privacy policies
• California Home Care Aide registration — or willingness to register (we'll guide you)
• Previous caregiving experience preferred
