Position Overview

As our Project Manager, you will be the bridge between our clients, sales team, and field installation crews. This isn’t a passive desk job—you will own the lifecycle of each project from initial scheduling and material sourcing to final walkthrough. If you love solving logistics puzzles, motivating field crews, and keeping clients thrilled, you’ll fit right in.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Oversight: Manage multiple installation projects simultaneously, ensuring they stay on schedule, within scope, and under budget.
  • Team Leadership: Coordinate, schedule, and dispatch installation crews. Provide clear direction, monitor performance, and ensure safety standards are strictly followed on-site.
  • Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients. Keep them updated on project timelines, manage expectations, and resolve any issues or change orders swiftly.
  • Logistics & Inventory: Verify that all materials, tools, and permits are secured and ready before a job kicks off to prevent field downtime.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct site visits and final inspections to ensure workmanship meets our high company standards and the client’s exact specifications
  • Site Preparation: Review job orders, load the installation truck with necessary materials, and inspect the site upon arrival to ensure it is ready for installation.
  • Assembly & Installation: Measure, cut, fit, and secure [products] using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment according to blueprints or layouts.
  • Quality Control: Inspect finished work to ensure it meets company standards, operates correctly, and aligns with local building safety codes.
  • Customer Interaction: Walk clients through the finished installation, answer basic questions on product care, and maintain a professional demeanor.
  • Safety & Cleanup: Maintain a clean, organized workspace and strictly follow all OSHA and company safety protocols.

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience: 3+ years of project management or supervisory experience in construction, commercial/residential installation, or field services.
  • Logistics Mindset: Outstanding organizational skills. You should be someone who naturally creates order out of moving parts.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal skills—you can talk tech with the crews on-site and deliver polished updates to corporate clients or homeowners.
  • Problem Solver: Ability to think on your feet when unexpected field delays or material shortages happen.
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable using project management software, scheduling tools, and standard office apps (Excel/Google Sheets).
  • Requirements: Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record (some travel to local job sites is required).

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
