Mission Advancement Director

Eagerly seeking a Mission Advancement Director to lead and execute a comprehensive fundraising & institutional giving program that advances the Y's mission. The ideal candidate is a dynamic fundraising professional with a proven track record in annual fund management, grant writing & donor relations. They will bring strong writing, research, and organizational skills, along with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives within the Development & Marketing team. This position oversees the annual giving campaign, grant programs, external outreach & volunteer engagement, and donor stewardship. This is an externally facing role, actively building and maintaining relationships with program officers, giving representatives, and community partners to grow the Y’s institutional funding base.
