Job Description:

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of engineering recruiting experience within enterprise environments
• Strong focus on engineering roles; solid understanding of EE, ME, SW, CE, and TPM functions
• Hands-on experience with end-to-end recruiting processes in ATS platforms (e.g., SuccessFactors, Greenhouse)

Day-to-Day: The TA will serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers, collaborating to define hiring needs and design effective, efficient processes that ensure a best-in-class candidate experience. This role is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing through offer close, while developing and executing creative sourcing strategies—both independently and in partnership with the team—to build a strong, diverse pipeline of high-quality candidates. The recruiter will focus on increasing diversity within the talent pool through innovative outreach and sourcing techniques, while working closely with hiring managers and HR to ensure job requirements are clearly defined, consistently understood, and that candidates are evaluated against the appropriate criteria. Additionally, this role involves participating in the continuous improvement of recruiting processes to drive high-quality outcomes and enhance both customer and candidate experiences. Staying informed on industry trends, market competition, and labor conditions is essential, as is screening and presenting only the most qualified, technically capable candidates at the top of the funnel, ensuring hiring managers engage with a highly curated slate of talent.

Pay: $50.00 - $63.00 per hour
