CT Licensed Commercial Lines Manager

Leading a high-performing team, the full-time hybrid Commercial Lines Department Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional client service, and support employee development while managing a small book of business in Enfield, CT or Kingston, NY. Key responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and support Commercial Lines Account Managers to foster a collaborative team environment Oversee daily operations, ensuring policy accuracy, workflow efficiency, and adherence to agency standards Conduct regular account audits and quality control reviews to ensure compliance with agency procedures and industry best practices Required qualifications: Active Property & Casualty insurance license required Minimum of 7 years of Commercial Lines insurance experience, including accounts in New York and Connecticut Previous leadership or team development experience required Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and risk management principles Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, Risk Management, or a related field preferred
