Wire Technician (Electrical Assembly)

Contract‑to‑Union | Day Shift | High‑Tech Automation

What You’ll Do

  • Assemble and wire control panels and automation equipment
  • Read wiring diagrams, blueprints, and work instructions
  • Perform terminations, routing, inspections, and basic troubleshooting
  • Use hand and power tools for precision assembly
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–2 years of electrical assembly or wiring experience
  • Ability to read basic diagrams and use hand tools
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Basic computer skills

Nice to Have: Control panel experience, technical training, interest in automation

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $32.00/hr.
