Head of Talent Acquisition

The Head of Talent Acquisition plays a critical leadership role in shaping and executing Tropicana Brands Group’s talent acquisition strategy across the United States. Reporting to the Sr Director, Global Talent this role leads a team of Talent Acquisition professionals responsible for attracting, assessing, and hiring top talent across corporate, commercial, supply chain, manufacturing, and functional business groups. The ideal candidate combines strategic recruiting expertise with operational excellence, delivering innovative hiring solutions that strengthen organizational capability while ensuring an exceptional hiring manager and candidate experience.
