Role and Responsibilities of Manufacturing Operator:

As Manufacturing Operator, you will operate manufacturing equipment safely, follow documented procedures, and complete visual and measurement-based quality checks to meet daily output targets. You will help with packaging and labeling, maintain an organized work area, and accurately record production data while reporting equipment issues promptly.

• Execute the operation of equipment and machinery with safety and efficiency in mind
• Observe and adhere to the specified production procedures and working guidelines
• Undertake quality verifications through a dual process of visual and measurement checks
• Ensure that the workspace is both clean and organized
• Assist in packaging, marking, and getting merchandise ready for shipment
• Keep precise records of production data and communicate issues with machinery effectively
• Observe all safety measures and conform to the policies outlined by the company

Required Skills and Experience of Manufacturing Operator:

• Proficient in manual lifting tasks up to 40 lbs; comfortable working in non-climate-controlled spaces
• Abiding by safety rules and ensuring the ongoing adherence to PPE requirements
• Attentiveness to details, reliability, and partnering with others

Preferred Qualifications for Manufacturing Operator:

• Individuals with a background in production or machine operation, whether for two years or less, are welcome to apply for this position
• Mastery of rudimentary labeling, packaging, and quality validation processes
