About This Office
Dental Hygienist - Full Time or Part Time
Silver Creek Dental Care | Knoxville, TN
Provide comprehensive dental hygiene care, including prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, and scaling and root planing (SRP)
Perform patient assessments, including reviewing medical histories, taking vital signs, and documenting findings
Take and review dental radiographs (X-rays)
Educate patients on oral hygiene, periodontal health, and preventive care
Assist with iTero scans and support digital dentistry workflows
Maintain infection control standards in compliance with CDC and OSHA guidelines
Active Dental Hygienist license in the state of Tennessee
- 2-3 years of clinical experience as a dental hygienist preferred
- Experience with Dentrix, iTero, and Microsoft Office required

Current dental hygienist license
Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation
Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systems
Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health
