About the Role
Block LLP is looking for an experienced Civil Litigation Paralegal to join our Habitability Department.
This role will support plaintiff-side cases involving unsafe housing conditions, landlord negligence, tenant harassment, wrongful eviction, and other housing-related disputes. While prior habitability or landlord-tenant experience is a plus, we are also open to candidates with strong civil litigation experience who are interested in growing in this area of law.
This is a great opportunity for a litigation paralegal who understands pleadings, discovery, deadlines, filings, client communication, and trial preparation, and wants to use those skills in meaningful work that helps tenants and families pursue safe housing and justice.
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced law firm environment.
