Job Title: Warehouse Associate
Job Description
This role supports a large data center operation by receiving and shipping servers, maintaining accurate warehouse inventory, and ensuring all orders are picked, packed, and processed efficiently. You will use computer applications such as Excel and Word to track inventory and documentation while working safely in a clean, organized warehouse environment.
Responsibilities
- Receive incoming servers and related equipment for a large data center and verify shipments against documentation.
- Prepare outgoing shipments of servers by accurately picking, packing, labeling, and staging orders for dispatch.
- Maintain accurate warehouse inventory records using computer applications, including Excel, to track stock levels and movements.
- Perform shipping and receiving tasks, including loading and unloading materials, checking for damage, and documenting discrepancies.
- Handle non-project RMA and spare parts processes, including receiving, organizing, and tracking returns and spares on the dock.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and other mechanical tools, in a safe and efficient manner.
- Follow OSHA safety guidelines and warehouse best practices to maintain a safe working environment.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with internal standards and procedures.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in inventory, documentation, and order fulfillment.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to prioritize tasks and meet shipping and receiving deadlines.
Essential Skills
- Experience with warehouse inventory, shipping, and receiving operations.
- Ability to receive and ship servers and related equipment for a large data center environment.
- Proficiency with computer applications, including Excel and Word, for inventory tracking and documentation.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in inventory records and order processing.
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with material handling equipment.
- Experience operating forklifts and handling materials safely.
- Knowledge of OSHA 10 safety principles or equivalent safety awareness.
- Ability to work the schedule of 5:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Wednesday through Friday and every other Saturday, as required.
- Capability to work in a warehouse environment and follow established procedures.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Familiarity with non-project RMA and spare parts processes in a warehouse or data center setting.
- Comfort working with servers and technology-related equipment.
- Strong organizational skills to maintain a clean and orderly warehouse.
- Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and other departments.

Work Environment
This position is based in a clean, organized warehouse environment that supports a large data center, including non-project RMA, spares, and dock operations. The primary shift runs Monday through Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with additional schedules such as 5:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Wednesday through Friday and every other Saturday as needed. You will work around servers, materials, and mechanical equipment, including forklifts and other material handling tools. The role requires composite toe shoes as part of the safety-focused dress code, and you will operate in a structured, safety-conscious setting that follows OSHA guidelines and standard warehouse procedures.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sparks, NV.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
