You don’t dream of a desk job. You dream of a career that lets you work with your hands and make a difference. But where do you even start?

Our Plumbing Install Bootcamp was made for people like YOU!

Class is free (actually, we’ll PAY you, but more on that later) and starts March 30, 2026.

What Is Plumbing Install Bootcamp?

It’s our plumbing installer training program! And it’s not just training—when you pass the class, we’ll hire you full-time as an official Morris-Jenkins Plumbing Install Assistant.

We’ll pay you during training ($18/hr with a raise when you graduate). After all, we want you to focus on learning and becoming the best plumber possible, not worrying about how you’ll pay your bills.

Our Plumbing Install Trainees come from all kinds of backgrounds—retail workers, servers, massage therapists, students, insurance adjustors… you name it! Your past doesn’t have to dictate what you become in your future.

Your Role

During training, you’ll

  • Learn from some of the top plumbers around in a classroom setting
  • Practice your new skills in our state-of-the-art plumbing training center
  • Train with experienced plumbers on actual service calls
  • Test your skills and knowledge as you go

Once you graduate class, you’ll

  • Become a full-time Plumbing Install Assistant!
  • Work as a safety coordinator on an install team when things are moving fast
  • Support your plumbing install crew (sometimes this means ordering, prepping, and getting materials. Other times, this could mean assisting in large projects)
  • Continue training with your onsite lead or assistant. They’ll teach you specialty and unique training so you can one day become a lead installer yourself!

Perks of the Job

Aside from paid training and a full-time job offer, Plumbing Install Bootcamp comes with some other cool perks too. You’ll get

  • Paid time off, including 8 paid holidays
  • A company vehicle, gas card, free uniforms, and a free laundry service
  • Good pay! Morris-Jenkins pays way more than most companies. After you graduate class, we’ll give you a raise! Many of our Plumbing Install Bootcamp graduates are now making more than $100k a year.
  • Plumbing is one of the highest paid trades in America! It’s more consistent than pay for HVAC technicians, and the room for growth is even better! Our Plumbing Install Assistants can expect to make about $56,000 in their first year.

All About You

  • You’re brave! Spiders, snakes, tight spaces, heights… oh my! This job isn’t for the faint of heart. Luckily, you don’t scare easily.
  • You love seeing a project through. The most satisfying feeling in the world to you is finishing a project you helped plan. When everything comes together to not only look great but work great, you feel like you’re on top of the world!
  • You’re good with your hands. Even if you don’t have plumbing experience, you’ve maybe worked on some projects around the house. Maybe you’re the go-to friend when something breaks! You need a job that lets you play with tools and cool equipment, not one that sticks you behind a desk all the time. You want puzzles and hands-on problem-solving!
  • You like helping people, but you might not consider yourself a social person. You’d rather a job that lets you buckle down and get things done!

Morris-Jenkins has won Top Workplace year after year!!

Start your career today. This might just be one of the best decisions you’ve ever made. 💙💛
