Conduct job searches and match client qualifications with employer requirements

Develop and maintain a wide variety of job opportunities through active employer engagement

Build and sustain relationships with local employers and community leaders to identify job openings, training initiatives, and alternative work activities

Maintain current knowledge of the local labor market and share insights with project staff

Assist employers with recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding qualified candidates

Organize and coordinate job fairs, hiring events, and employer presentations; flexible to work outside normal hours as needed

Provide individualized support to clients to address employment barriers through assessment, case management, and referrals to community resources

Conduct client orientations and ensure accurate enrollment documentation

Maintain detailed case notes and organized client records

Monitor client progress, ensure follow-through on planned activities, and provide consistent follow-up

Collaborate with schools, account managers, and internal teams to ensure documentation compliance and goal achievement

Track and report on participation, placement outcomes, and performance metrics

Work closely with the business services team to align job opportunities with client readiness, training, and workshops

Develop and implement communication plans to keep staff informed of operational goals and updates

Participate in training, capacity building, and continuous improvement initiatives

Identify operational challenges and collaborate with leadership to implement process improvements

Perform other duties as assigned

Associate degree from an accredited college preferred; relevant work experience will be considered

Experience in programs that place customers in employment

Experience in a fast-paced, team environment that is performance driven

Exceptional customer and employer service and engagement skills; prefer training or experience in motivational interviewing techniques

Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail

Experience with publicly funded programs; Temporary Assistance for Needy Families experience preferable

Ability to use various electronic systems to carry out duties and responsibilities

Desire and ability to develop employment opportunities for individuals with medical limitations, justice impacted, monolingual, and/or academically challenged.

Experience coordinating and organizing on-site hiring events and job fairs for single and multiple employers.

Capable of preparing and delivering weekly and monthly reports measuring self-placement performance.

A valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance that meets the State requirements

This position is Monday through Friday in-office 8a to 5p with 30% travel required.
