CNC Swiss Machinist - 3rd Shift - Job Description

5.00 Shift Differential for all off shift roles
$500 Retention Bonus

Five‑day work week, Sunday - Thursday 10:30 pm‑7:00 am
80 Hours Holiday pay + Generous Paid Time Off + Quarterly Bonuses

You’ll play a key role in keeping our production running smoothly and our quality top‑notch. Setting up CNC mills, Swiss lathes, or other machines based on blueprint specifications
Editing programs and troubleshooting when things don’t go quite right
Using inspection tools like calipers, micrometers, or profile projectors to ensure precision
A high school diploma or equivalent
At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
1+ years of hands‑on experience with CNC Mills and/or lathes in an industrial manufacturing environment
A focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement
Run multiple machines during your shift
