Office Administrative Assistant
Due to business expansion, we are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team in the Atlanta area.
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally.
- Handle daily office paperwork, filing, and document management.
- Assist with order processing, data entry, and record keeping.
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and other administrative documents.
- Coordinate communication with customers, suppliers, and service providers.
- Maintain office supplies and support general office operations.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or higher.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to multitask.
- Customer service or office administration experience preferred.
- Bilingual English/Chinese is a plus.
