Office Administrative Assistant

Due to business expansion, we are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team in the Atlanta area.

Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally.
  • Handle daily office paperwork, filing, and document management.
  • Assist with order processing, data entry, and record keeping.
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and other administrative documents.
  • Coordinate communication with customers, suppliers, and service providers.
  • Maintain office supplies and support general office operations.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or higher.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to multitask.
  • Customer service or office administration experience preferred.
  • Bilingual English/Chinese is a plus.
