Skilled Assembler (Mechanical Assembly / Production Assembly)
Location: Costa Mesa / Santa Ana, CA
Schedule: Full-Time | 1st & 2nd Shift Opportunities Available
Pay: $20.00+/hour (Depending on Experience)
Overview
We are seeking detail-oriented and dependable Skilled Assemblers to join a variety of manufacturing and production teams throughout Orange County.
This role is ideal for individuals with assembly experience who enjoy working with their hands, following specifications, and producing high-quality finished products. Opportunities may include mechanical assembly, electromechanical assembly, manufacturing assembly, and production-related work.
Key Responsibilities
•
Assemble components, parts, and finished products according to work instructions and specifications
•
Use hand tools, power tools, measuring devices, and assembly equipment safely and effectively
•
Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, work orders, and assembly instructions
•
Perform quality inspections throughout the assembly process
•
Verify parts, materials, and completed assemblies for accuracy
•
Troubleshoot minor assembly issues and report discrepancies as needed
•
Maintain accurate production records and documentation
•
Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
Qualifications
•
Previous assembly, manufacturing, or production experience preferred
•
Experience using hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment
•
Ability to read and follow detailed instructions and technical drawings
•
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
•
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
•
Reliable, punctual, and quality-focused
•
Ability to stand, bend, reach, and lift throughout the shift
