Qualifications:
- Active and current DC Special Education Teacher license
- Experience working with elementary-aged children in a special education setting
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Passion for individualized student support and inclusive education practices
- Ability to adapt instruction and classroom management strategies to diverse learning needs
- Familiarity with IEP development and implementation
