Role Description The Lube Tech role is a full-time, on-site position located in West Allis, WI. In this role, the team member performs routine vehicle maintenance, including oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotations, and basic inspections. The Lube Tech supports technicians by identifying maintenance needs, documenting services performed, and following established safety and shop procedures. Responsibilities include maintaining a clean and organized work area, properly using tools and equipment, and delivering courteous, professional interactions with customers and colleagues. The role offers an opportunity to build practical automotive experience within a busy, team-oriented dealership environment.

Qualifications

  • Foundational vehicle service skills, including Vehicle Maintenance and Oil Changes.
  • Basic Automotive Repair capabilities, with experience in Maintenance & Repair tasks.
  • Exposure to Suspension work or willingness to learn under supervision.
  • Ability to follow service procedures, safety guidelines, and manufacturer recommendations.
  • Strong attention to detail, reliability, and time management in a fast-paced shop.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; prior dealership or service center experience is a plus.
